      To have phone, tablets, ipads and even laptops with you. You can eat at your desk. Flexible schedules and some campaigns have remote from home workers.

      Cons

      Low salary pay. Bad HR management. Takes more than a year to upgrade to a better position.

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
