      Some of the people are really great

      Cons

      No real vision or leadership. Unable to match demand with supply which results in a lot of rapid staff growth and rapid layoffs. Worse than most consulting firms.

      Pros

      You got a check, The product and my insured were why I came to work. I love helping the members. Enjoyed weekly touch base meetings.

      Cons

      Senior agents put in place of the newbies were the worse. If you were not a part of the CLIQUE your opinion or voice did not matter. They bully their employees and my dept turn over rate should be studied.
