      Work from home is the only good thing that's also because they can make you work more.

      Cons

      No proper training is given. 10 hour shift in which daily overtime is normal. In the month end employees have to work for 11 hours. Difference between job description and actual job role.

      Pros

      You got a check, The product and my insured were why I came to work. I love helping the members. Enjoyed weekly touch base meetings.

      Cons

      Senior agents put in place of the newbies were the worse. If you were not a part of the CLIQUE your opinion or voice did not matter. They bully their employees and my dept turn over rate should be studied.
