      Days and Night shifts are mostly relaxed with your normal tech stuff needing to be done

      Cons

      Dealing with management. The company feels young and it’s noticeable. The management team either had a stick up their butt or never wanted to be a supervisor - who also makes it known to other techs.

      Pros

      You got a check, The product and my insured were why I came to work. I love helping the members. Enjoyed weekly touch base meetings.

      Cons

      Senior agents put in place of the newbies were the worse. If you were not a part of the CLIQUE your opinion or voice did not matter. They bully their employees and my dept turn over rate should be studied.
