A very non-innovative culture that DOES NOT reward employees and DOES NOT offer any potential to progress based on personal merit. Weak, young management and a strong sense of bureaucracy. Clueless executive and senior management that have driven the company into the ground, resulting in half the company being laid off. Technical staff recruits that hold degrees tend to leave within a few months after realising that the "GIS Analyst" role they applied for is actually a heavy data processing job, holding no relevance to their GIS degree what so ever.
