NM Group interview questions

NM Marketing group- New York 43 W 46st Kind of weird door to door sales/marketing. 1st interview was light and quick. 2nd round where you shadow was weird. The reps that you shadow are assigned a territory where they cold pitch business owners to switch from their current provider to T-Mobile. From what I gathered there deal is that at one point you are promoted and at that point you "leave" the nm group and "start a new business" where you recruit people and The NM group and T-Mobile get a percentage of all sales. Not really a scam but kind of a weird business model. Thats why there is like 100 company names from the same building. Didn't really say much about the shadow day in the 1st interview. Just know what you are getting into on day 2.

They asked me to go in person for the first interview and asked me pretty strange questions like, Where is your favorite place you have been. They also did not give a straight forward answer about compensation. At the end of the day they called me and asked me to do a shadow day from 10 to 6 on a Saturday which struck me as very odd. I had a bad feeling about the company so I did not end up going to the next round. Beware, they seem like a scam.
