NFM has excellent infrastructure with great tech for user-friendly interfaces for both employees and our clients. Everyone involved with their boarding, training, sales support, processing, underwriting, marketing, IT, etc. has been fast, friendly, and great to work with. They have a vast variety of products, and a very organized and efficient platform for LOs (both experienced and new) to quickly adapt to and work effectively. There has been very little wasted time getting started at NFM, and overall it has been an excellent experience and I'm proud to be an employee here.
