Pros

Work life balance Great, friendly and helpful colleagues

Cons

The work environment is highly micromanaged by both the Team Lead and Cluster Manager. Aside from the lunch break, employees only have a total of 30 minutes for all other breaks, including toilet visits and tea breaks. The moment you leave your desk, that 30-minute allowance starts counting. There is no staff canteen, so employees have to leave the premises to purchase their lunch, which can make break times feel even more restrictive. The culture can feel overly controlling, with an expectation that employees remain at their desks almost all the time, creating an atmosphere that feels more like school than a professional workplace. Staff turnover is also quite high. Many new hires, particularly younger employees, leave within their first three months. Those who tend to stay are often individuals with family or financial commitments who have fewer options. There is also a perception that if no issues are found with your work performance, management may focus on minor attitude or behavioural matters instead.
