      Valuable learning experience, but slow promotions and low pay

      Good exposure to regional teams in a corporate function, excellent for learning if one doesn't stay beyond 2-3 years

      Cons

      1. Work is too manual 2. Promotion is way too slow even compared to parent company Singtel, not for those who desire rapid promotions 3. Increment is miniscule, 2.x% on average. Anything above 3% is already considered exceptional. Got 1% in a bad business year for the company. 4. Bonuses are pathetic, 1-1.5 months on average for Corp functions
