      Constantly looking at emerging technologies and innovation. Ability to gain additional training is always available. Super fun teams and management.

      Cons

      Sometimes too much fixation on reviewing the same projects too often. Teams lack the technical accumen for a lot of the projects when limited to just CPAs.
