Very straightforward behavioral questions. They take notes as you answer, so it can feel a little awkward but that's normal. Mostly stick to questions about your resume and experiences, with a couple of questions that make sure you did your homework about the program and NASA.
Need to know what NASA stands for. Questions focused more on my skillset and knowledge for GIS. Develop Academy took about 6 weeks to reply with offer but I declined since I accepted another binding offer for another employer

It was deep critical rapid fire round on various of my projects, no technical questions. Last 15 minutes spent on logistics of relocating and how I would manage school for a fall internship
