      Pros

      It was an inviting and great place to work. Amazing location, good fellow employees that enjoyed their job. You really feel like you are making a difference and working toward an important goal.

      Cons

      It is a government position that is hard to get. Financial cutbacks have left some areas abandoned and research and exploration has slowed.
