Got the chance to work closely with the founders, CEO, and CTO, which is something you don't often get. The work environment is open, and it's easy to approach leadership with ideas or concerns. I was also able to move into a different role within the company, which helped me learn new skills and grow in my career.
Cons
Nothing significant to mention. Like any growing company, processes continue to evolve over time.
