      Pros

      Got the chance to work closely with the founders, CEO, and CTO, which is something you don't often get. The work environment is open, and it's easy to approach leadership with ideas or concerns. I was also able to move into a different role within the company, which helped me learn new skills and grow in my career.

      Cons

      Nothing significant to mention. Like any growing company, processes continue to evolve over time.

      nothing to say. they provide WFH and expect you to become a slave for them

      Cons

      24x7 you should be under their nonsense micromanagement. I have never seen a approach like this. You don't have any wlb.just work for 24hrs daily and die. Team Leads have no technical knowledge. They just showoff infront of the senior leadership.
