Hi, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts! I'm thrilled to hear that you found your colleagues to be talented, inspiring, and kind – we truly believe that our people are our greatest asset, and it's wonderful to see that shine through in your experience. Our London office is open 5 days a week, we’d love to have you in the office more often if thats what you’re looking for - I’d recommend one of our Multiverse Mondays, which happen every two weeks, and you’ll get a free lunch! Pros

- great training and development / high standards - sellers can earn high 6 figures. There are multiple 7 figure earners at the top - executive team and leadership has a history of winning big - the people are highly skilled and talented, growth mindsets everywhere

Cons

- not really a con for me but it’s a competitive environment (everyone is eager to prove) - if you’re not ready to excel and work hard you could fall short of teammates who are

Hi, Thank you for your review. It’s great to read about your positive experience at MV, especially around our training, development, earning potential and incredible team. I appreciate your honest perspective on the competitive environment. Our Sales team is committed to high standards and excellence, it’s something we take pride in. But as you said, it’s not an easy ride so we look for people who are ready to work hard and reap the reward! Thank you for being a part of our team. We're lucky to have you!
