Pros
Solid business model, great management and vision, highly tech and performance driven. Unlike other startups, Movinga is not replicating a model existing in the U.S., and this makes the challenges more interesting and the accomplishments even higher.
Cons
There is room for improvements when it comes to company structure (although it is good for startup standards), resource allocation and interdepartmental communication.
