      wouldnt recommend this to my worst enemy,. terrible egomaniac leadership. no real CRO to lead the team, no vision or direction.

      Pros

      Challenging scaling problems you get to solve. They pay was good and had a decent wlb. Really smart engineers to work with.

      Cons

      You hit a wall after IC5. There's one engineer organization that seems to dominate how the whole engineer org operates and that team isn't that good and make bad decisions
