      Challenging work and good pay, but limited growth

      Pros

      Challenging scaling problems you get to solve. They pay was good and had a decent wlb. Really smart engineers to work with.

      Cons

      You hit a wall after IC5. There's one engineer organization that seems to dominate how the whole engineer org operates and that team isn't that good and make bad decisions
