Pros
Take the AI out of Moveworks and you have nothing. This is the first company I have worked for that uses machine learning as their core product. The goal is to become a "google-like" experience for the enterprise. From a sales perspective, this is a strategic purchase that comes at a premium. Every major enterprise is interested in taking calls after seeing the success of conversational AI during the pandemic. If you want to make a major impact selling to very large enterprise then you should join Moveworks. On a side note, pay is good, culture is good, leadership is great. There is a clear goal and the company is set up to succeed. Moveworks has such a major head start in this industry. Every other company in the market (big or small) approach this issue in the same way, which opens up a great opportunity to differentiate. From a sales engineer's perspective, our challenge is educating the customer on why this difference is important. We spend a lot less time trying to hide away from product limitations versus strategizing on how to poke holes in the competition.
Cons
There is no office in the NYC area. Fortunately they are great about bringing you to California to connect, but it would be a benefit if there was a hub on the east.
