Good culture - working with competent and friendly team-members day to day. Constantly solving problems for customers. Very family friendly company.
Cons
Layoffs twice a year. No raises, operations team is very underresourced and overworked. Culture is bound to spiral downward due to constant layoffs. Company is only invests in sales and marketing while reducing any team that actually delivers the product to clients.
