Seriously, I couldn’t think of one. They’re bery traditional if u like that then it’s a pro for you
Cons
- low pay - not much benefits compared to other companies - micromanagement by some managers - toxic “family” treatment to employees - HR doesn’t listen to employees, they favor supervisors more than employees’ issues. - everyone has a favorite person, no one listens - no raise & promotion if hr & supervisor doesn't feel like giving you some if ever youre working for long. - multiple role but low pay
