if you are ever unable to meet your numbers you will suffer. even if you know you are doing a great job, if the numbers don't match it doesn't matter. not to mention if you manage to forget any step of the process if management sees it you will get written up, so then you slow down your approach and make sure everything gets checked with each customer and then you are told your productivity is not doing well. this is constant and there is never a happy medium.
POS system is prehistoric and has a steep learning curve. even if you are tech savvy it still wont make much sense compared to modern equivalents
Oh and if you enjoy your sanity, never check your work email because overtime it will be loaded with "Coaching" emails which is them logging all of your mistakes with a passive aggressive tone
