Felt like family atmosphere but I was wrong, they will drop you in a heartbeat. HR and upper management will lie to keep themselves safe even when practice is wrong, a lot is overlooked, turnover rate is high because they move the favorites and if your doing well in your department even if you rather switch they will promise but not move, demotion for many managers I’ve seen over the years because of lack of seeing potential and more on who is willing to step on who to get there, complaints not taken seriously, will bend over backwards for customers even when they abuse the policy’s and the more they complain the more they recieve(customers know that). I’ve seen great managers be completely destroyed because they are scared of retaliation, long hours for salaried management and inconsistent schedules
