Pros
some of great coworkers throughout every level. Understand that customer outreach and support does not require the phone and madness that originates in call centers.
Cons
I've worked my entire teen/adult life sometimes even 2 jobs. I'm someone driven who liked to stay busy at all times. Enter the era of covid and working from home was an adjustment. Overtime and lack of hiring led to my ultimate departure once denied for a leave of absence - due to short staff.
