I guess, it highly depends upon the particular employer whom MSC is staffing, but the working conditions and the benefits were very nice and very close to the federal package. Very generous conditions for PTO were introduced in 2022. Management was very responsive and interactive, though their investment in individuals and the desire to create a particular company atmosphere and traditions decreased as the company was merged to form Dovel and later when it was acquired by Guidehouse.

If you are a contractor from a staffing agency, you are still a contractor and have certain restrictions compared to the staff positions in the organization you are supporting. Obviously, you have very little connection with other people employed by the staffing agency and fully depend upon the employer who created your role. No personal progress is implied.

Low pay. I asked for a 10k raise making $50k and that was too much for them to do. Then had the nerve when to be upset when i put in my two weeks for a job that was giving me 75k lol sucks to suck doesn’t it. BD is an annoying requirement
