Pros
Is there any company that is perfect...of course not. However, this job is pretty close. The training is a week long. You go over the basics of the role. Which, is pretty self explanatory. After, you will get warms leads to call, but will not be the best. Just gets you used to the process. After some time, you will start to get better leads and the money increases. The best part, you control majority of your paycheck. If you convert and sale higher billing terms, you can make a few hundred a day. That is within the first 60 days. Another amazing thing, is the hours. Your schedule is fixed. If you work 8-430, at 4:32, you are walking to the elevator. As well as, you do not have to take this job home with you. Any experienced sales people, know how valuable that is.
Cons
While the management is diverse and knowledgeable, some can be quick with punishment. Even on a first offense. As a whole, some lead with the rod versus the carrot. While this is not a con to me, you are required to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday). However, you do have a day off during the week.
