Interview
Five rounds including the initial screen, and an assessment that has to be done. Process and time between interviews is really slow, 1-2 weeks in between. Recruiter was responsive, HM was easy to talk with, COO is very into themselves. They play the “tough guy” role and will try and scare you away telling you that you won’t succeed if you’re unorganized there (said multiple times in the interview).

Question 1
How do you manage through building a Customer Journey? What does it look like? What should it include?
First call was with the recruiter, then an interview with the hiring manager, VP of Marketing, then VP of engineering. Great communication throughout, although there was some disconnect between what I was told to be expected in terms of interview format and actual interviews.

Interview
The interview process was fairly straightforward. It started with an initial phone screening, followed by one or two interviews with a recruiter or hiring manager. They asked about my background, work style, and interest in the company. The questions were clear and mostly behavior-based. Overall, it was professional and moved at a good pace. I felt prepared and informed throughout the process.
