      Pros

      Ability for growth Great team environment Incredible office Leadership cares very much about developing the talent they have and they will do an amazing job in getting you where you want to go.

      Cons

      Long hours sometimes. The positions are very economy driven. If people are not staying in hotels it gets a little tense.

      Pros

      Free meal, great management team that genuinely cares about the employes.

      Cons

      Employee parking is a daily struggle with no real solution in sight. Traffic in/off the island is just as bad. Co-workers are hit/miss. Some care and truly want to do their part, others just there for a temporary paycheck. A lot of turnover with new faces weekly.
