Pros

Good employee price to travel.

Cons

People at the front desk kept leaving, not showing up on time, calling out most of weekends. Instead of finding a good solution such as redo roster or cover up, manager forced productive workers to work over time and work on their days off. FD team was weak ties due to lack of teamwork, communication and care from the manager.

Pros

Free meal, great management team that genuinely cares about the employes.

Cons

Employee parking is a daily struggle with no real solution in sight. Traffic in/off the island is just as bad. Co-workers are hit/miss. Some care and truly want to do their part, others just there for a temporary paycheck. A lot of turnover with new faces weekly.
