Pros
The manager will communicate with you if you get upset enough with the total lack of service.
Cons
Manpower contracts with the Kansas Department of Health and Environment for their health surveyors. They then get you a job at KDHE as one of these surveyors yet you do not work for KDHE. You are still an employee for Manpower. BE CAREFUL: They are not paying as much as the other contractors with KDHE and you will be making at least $1.00 less an hour than others there doing the exact same job. You are also prohibited from changing to another contractor for the higher salary. You have to quit KDHE for a significant amount of time in order to be considered for re-hire. Manpower also NEVER calls with other job opportunities. The attitude is that you are already making money for them so they don't care that you are still looking for other employment. When you make contact, there is NEVER anything of help until you really reach your end and then you will hear from the manager but little is every done to resolve the employment issue. I found my own full time employment through Indeed. I don't recommend Manpower AT ALL.
