      Great vision for the future. People are genuine and care about others. Systems are in place to prevent poor management.

      Cons

      HQ micromanages the Branch Offices too much. Company's vision doesn't always trickle down as it should

      Pros

      The company I was assigned to is able to provide upskilling opportunities assuming you are performing well. The job is relatively easy and pays well in comparison to the market.

      Cons

      The work itself can be repititive but that is just the nature of data entry. I had to put something here to place the review..
