Pros
Manpower has fantastic benefits and was able to work from home. They has a ton of potential to make an impact as both Perm Placement and Temp have a place in our workforce.
Cons
Crappy Technology. Very high expectations for everyone across the company. If you perform well, the next year you are expected to perform higher. Many employees do not over perform just stay at status quo so their bar isn't raised. Lots of management changes--as a small fish in their pond, we sign non-compete agreements but the VP level leave all the time for competitors.
