If you're happy being a consultant, consistently billing and staying put, that is fine to. Your career is what you make of it here as long as you communicate! The training team are the most approachable and inspiring your will ever have the pleasure of meeting and are there for you throughout your career not just your induction. Branch managers have excellent capabilities to manage individuals and get the best out of them; forever approachable and supportive, my manager will give me the autonomy to get the job done. The bonus structure is also pretty competitive so the money driven can really get a lot out of it.
Cons
Too much focus on administration and activity monitoring. A disconnect between higher management and the smaller, outer regions in the UK. What works in the North does not necessarily work for the South!
