      Great team with young enthusiast people. Very diverse projects on many business sectors. Good performers are rewarded and recognized. Fair treatment from management. Transparency. More flexibility compared to the past and other local companies.

      Set schedule. Team work environment. Great coworkers. Decent pay. Benefits.

      Cons

      12 hour shifts. Point system for absences, with or without a doctor's note you still get a point for missing.
