6yThank you for your comment. MSCI evaluates managers annually based on their engagement scores and their ability to retain Top Talent. This is a process where we can learn as an organization where our poorer managers are and what development needs they may have. We aim to provide all employees with the same standard of manager you have experienced. However, we also believe managers should instill a sense of trust between themselves, the organization and employees, and hence reduce the fear you mention. It is unfortunate that at times businesses are restructured and employees leave us. These decisions are not taken lightly but are not unique to MSCI. However, we hope that our desire to care about our employees and former employees resonates and that our Alumni, with time, understand the decisions that are made. Our Alumni community is also important to us and we welcome feedback from them.
