Pros
MSCI was a great company to work for. Over my 10 years here, MSCI gave me several opportunities that fuelled my passion and potential. Careers develop at MSCI as long as one is a strong contributor and flexible. MSCI is also placing a huge emphasis on employee engagement and career development which will only make it an even better place to work in future.
Cons
If one is driven and ambitious then working hard comes with the territory. Some may find work life balance a cons, for me I was able to manage the balance based on my own personal priorities.
