Your feedback is so encouraging, especially that you have an opportunity to grow and learn. We totally hear you on the pension side of things and are working on that - over the last year we have already increased the MAPP pension contributions by 1%. We will keep looking at this.

Thank you for taking the time to give us some feedback. We appreciate your view around the MAPP structures. We have been communicating regularly about how we are evolving and changing. We have monthly Townhalls and 60 Minutes from our CEO (Nigel) every 6 months (sometimes more often). We have been growing consistently for over the last 7 years and that means that the structure has to evolve and change. Thanks for taking the time to give us feedback. You may not be aware of this, but we review all our salaries multiple times a year through detailed market analysis using a number of data sources (we can show you, if you want to see). We review all our roles against the bandings and do analytics against these across the business. You will also see the increase in our EOT bonus has grown significatntly over the last few years which is the benefit of being an Employee Ownership Trust.
