      Pros

      Some good perks, some lovely people. Induction good

      Cons

      It depends a lot on whether you can ignore all the politics and clicks as to how you will get on..more who you know than what you know, which becomes apparent quite quickly.. They talk the talk just don't walk the walk to match, unfortunately there are enough staff who are in their little clans or too worried to speak up to hide problems there . But if you are prepared and ready for it you will be OK.

      We appreciate that you have taken the time to provide feedback. We are disappointed to hear of your experience. We have very different feedback from others in the Birmginham Office over the last 12 months. We have had members of the Birmingham team have won super hero and unsung hero awards (3 in 2023 and 2 in 2024 out of 12 awards each year). In fact, 20% of all treats given in our locations over the period from October 2023 to January 2024 was the Birmingham Office. This appears to be in contrast to your review. However, we are sorry to hear you did not see the appreciation of your efforts. We will work on being more engaged in this space, we are confident that any areas of concern will be highlighted through our next engagement survey in April 2024.       - Great company to work for, with a unique view - CEO is humble and innovative with genuine care of his employees - Overall very welcoming and understanding company!

      Cons

      - Exit interview hardly takes place, maybe understanding why some people leave might help you improve that little bit, instead of dismissing them as just bad eggs

      Pros

      From an outsiders perspective it looks like a great company to work for as they do look after their office staff.

      Cons

      As an employee hired by MAPP, paid by MAPP and sharing the same email address, you would think you are one of them. However, this is not the case and do not share the same benefits as the office staff.

      We are disappointed that you did not feel part of MAPP, and it sounds like you were working on one of our sites. Your experience appears to be different from many of our site teams; especially as we do not treat you differently (or put you in a different Company). If you have a MAPP email address, you really do work for MAPP. Our recent engagement scores were such that our site teams had even higher engagement scores than our non site teams. (86% for our site teams and 82% for our non site teams).
