Pros
The company has a large and present footprint across the global. That footprint grants it recognition by many employers particularly in APAC and EMEA spaces. Really kind and generous people work here. They’ll take their time to build you up, and to ensure your success. Mobility is not an issue for top performers, and the company has many openings in their changing environment. I’d say the pay and benefits are pretty solid myself.
Cons
Really hard to predict what upper management will do next. Changes happen at a moments notice and often with a cold alienation. Insurance could be better. They aren’t lying. It’s hard to get hired here, and it’s difficult working with HR partners. That feature has remained consistent.
