Pros
Flexibility, the awesome people that work there, very nice offices, recognition and independence.
Cons
Everyone feels overworked and at or beyond capacity. There isn't a solid growth staffing structure in place so people are pushed to their limits with their workloads. Salary and compensation is lacking and behind competitors in the market place.
