Cons
Strict company politics and shoulder-tap positions/promotions rather than senority/performance . Not enough employees scheduled on busy sale days. Limited leniency. Lack NJ of work recognition. Difficult to achieve fulltime status. Competition is amongst it's own stores (Macy's leased departments and the in-mall kiosks .
