Pros
1. Good salary range, which I guess really depends on the project/client that you work for 2. Again depending on the project, you could see/experience/communicate with pretty interesting things and people 3. You can always learn something new
Cons
1. Benefits are not the best (example: Food vouchers - we have, but lowest possible ammount) 2. Some toxicity in the air, also often cases of misunderstanding with HRs, threats and scaring attempts (example: firing disciplinary) 3. Some level of a "buddy system" when hiring people on all sorts of positions could be observed. Qualifications are probably not the most important part, especially when the applier is a friend of mine 4. Known salary difference for people on the same position and seniority (no gender gap included). Probably related to the previous point and also how well one negotiates their personal salary
