Pros
They don't bother you until you are getting the billability from the client.
Cons
Nobody cares once you are off the project (due to Client's cost/project downsizing). Talent scouting team is a complete joke (especially the people taking care of Canada region) Zero support from any people HR. Nothing in the name of bonus - Got Bonus once in a span of 3 years (only coz I was an outstanding resource and was recommended by them over emails) I had to personally give the scouting team with roles and follow-up with him (more than 10 times on each role) to get status.
