      No Pros. Everything is worst in this company

      Cons

      No projects in this company. They are begging for the projects, also begging for the resources to join their projects. I had worst experience in this company. They released me from the project and not allocated any project for 6 months. Later they had given 3 months notice period. When I got better opportunity outside, they were begging me to stay, that too for different domain project. They don't value their employees. Just care about clients. Such a worst company. Please dont join this company. No job security. No support from Managers and HRs. HRs and managers are useless.

      Pros

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      Cons

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
