Pros
You get a chance to meet some really amazing people. You get to learn all about the company, the bags and the creation process. Often times you can walk away with skills, experiences and outlooks that will help make your life easier.
Cons
In most individual stores, its very much about favoritism. Regardless of how many sales you make, if the manager of the store doesn't like you than you can expect to get booted out at the very first chance. Also, not all the staff are willing to help out and teach the new employees. Although most are fairly nice, it is also a commission based environment with target goals for each employee ranging anywhere from seven grand to ten grand per shift. In smaller stores with less traffic, it can become a very fake and hostile environment.
