Cons
- Almost no standards at all, which partly leads to chaotic and intransparent structures, decisions and costs - No project management enforced - No project leads, always indecisive teams - No clear vision or mission - Most important for management apart from the CEO: Don't take any decisions and don't be responsible for anything - CEO makes decisions but does not make sure they are enforced by leaders and good project management - All this leads to rash decisions in all directions on the lower levels which must often be canceled and create more chaos, work and frustration - HR and career development not really existing apart from lip service -> Employees don't matter
