Got purchased by Lonza last year. Claim they will give us better benefits, stronger processes.
Cons
No support to strengthen local IT; still hasn't given sites access to their global policies yet mandates we need to follow them; no integration teams to help strengthen business processes; too busy buying up other sites; won't retain talent and losing it at a rapid pace.
