10yLCS is committed to improving our employee experience and we appreciate you sharing this feedback. We have many tools in place to promote interaction between employees and management. Some of these include regularly scheduled department meetings, new hire meeting with our President/CEO, individual touch base meetings with Human Resources, social activities, cross-functional work projects, and donuts with our President/CEO (with the sole purpose of collecting employee feedback). While we have all of these formal options in place, we encourage all of our employees to stop by and visit with any member of management at any time to share their feedback and suggestions.
