      Pros

      Great work/life balance. Great people to work with. Some politics but the engineers seem to be well shielded from it.

      Cons

      Hard to move up. Not a lot of opportunities and hard to find opportunities to move around within the company. Hard to find opportunities to shine without some luck and your manager needs to love you.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
