- Top notch ethics - Always focused on customer and tax payers best interests - great solutions - Will stick with a program and a customer's mission through success - Large reach across the technical space means there is room for every kind of skill - Treating people well is starting to return as focus

- Starting to lose focus on top end technical problems and solutions, growth is diluting our strengths - Assumption that median-level salaries is good enough is causing our best to leave - Increased size and approach is starting to foster arrogance towards our customers - Employees are increasingly having to fend for themselves
